Oak Value takes privacy concerns very seriously. We utilize personal information only to provide you better service. We do not share data with any outside party, other than those directly involved in providing the services described above to you as requested, for commercial or other purposes. This information will be used solely to improve your experience with us. We will also allow you a frequent and convenient method to discontinue electronic communication at your option via an "unsubscribe" option both here on our site and attached to our periodic communications.

We periodically endeavor to make updated information about our investment strategy available in a timely fashion via delivery of electronic communications. When we release updated information (e.g., periodic shareholder communications, research pieces, factual information about the fund, prospectus updates, etc.) we take that information available in hard copy form and simultaneously post it on our website.

E-mail notification and/or delivery of that information will be made available to those who indicate their desire to receive that information by submitting their e-mail information to us below. It is not our intent to deluge recipients with frequent email messages (so-called “spam”) or otherwise abuse your patience and trust in providing your email information to us.
